 CHAIRMAN MILLER called the Resources Committee meeting to order at            
 3:36 p.m. and announced  SCR 18  (PURCHASE FEDERAL LAND FROM THE              
 U.S.) to be up for consideration.                                             
 SENATOR LEMAN moved to pass SCR 18 from committee with individual             
 recommendations.  SENATORS MILLER, LEMAN, PEARCE, and FRANK voted             
 yes; SENATOR ADAMS voted no and the bill passed.
